Sales / Fitness Memberships – Part Time sales position involves closing membership sales by lead generation, prospecting, and timely follow-through with potential and existing clients. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, results-oriented, and have the ability to meet and surpass company sales goals and objectives set by sales management. Competitive compensation package including: salary, commissions, and performance bonuses. Requirements for this position include previous experience within the fitness, health and wellness industry preferred. Demonstrated experience with establishing and surpassing performance goals and sales quotas. The incumbent must convey a professional image and maintain composure while managing customer complaints or concerns. Please note this position requires a flexible schedule consisting of nights and weekends. Keep in mind that you want to work when the greatest traffic is passing through the Center.
