Fitness/Group Centergy Instructor(BTS) ‘Center Your Energy’ Looking for friendly and reliable men and women to train for and teach Group Centergy. The Group Centergy Instructor is passionate about fitness, and a guide to a balanced mind and body. Lead others down the path of better health. Background in yoga and Pilates a plus, but not necessary . Must be supportive of each participant; be able to help them center their energy, reduce stress, and most importantly smile. Strong belief in the benefits of a well rounded exercise program a must. Must have or be willing to get CPR and AED certified before teaching. Training is available. Group Centergy uses poses and exercise from Yoga and Pilates, and matches movements to emotive music to create a simple, fun and effective way to mind-body train for the average person. Group Centergy promotes strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance through movements set to inspiring music. Class offers authentic mind body movements. Membership Advisor (Fitness Sales)

The Membership Advisor (Fitness Sales) position is responsible for attainment of personal sales quotas in a manner that fosters member retention. The position involves inside membership sales activities including, but not limited to: self-generation of new membership leads, booking and confirming appointments by phone or internet, conducting center tours, presenting rates, asking for the sale, handling objections, following-up with prospects who did not join. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to, generating retail and corporate referrals; participating in internal and external marketing and networking activities to achieve required lead generation targets. Must be a team player who works cooperatively with co-worker to achieve Center goals and deliver exemplary customer service. QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing or the equivalent, required. Previous experience within the fitness, health and wellness industry preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Candidates must have a personal interest and commitment to fitness and wellness with a desire for continuous learning; and understanding for the bottom-line and business approach to job performance. Must have the ability to work in a fast-pace, results-oriented environment, where held accountable for daily planning, performance and customer service expectations. Work Schedule: This position required a flexible schedule including nights and weekend, and average 40 to 43 hours per week.
