Opened in 1975 in partnership with Bristol Hospital, the Healthtrax in Bristol has medical offices as well as 35,000 square feet of fitness space, including an indoor lap pool and whirlpool, group exercise studios, an extensive fitness floor, racquetball courts, and a basketball court. The nationally renowned youth training program, Parisi Speed School, is available at Healthtrax in Bristol.
Providing cutting-edge speed and strength training for athletes ages 7 and up looking to improve their quickness, power and endurance.
