Opened in 1979, the Healthtrax in East Longmeadow has 26,000 square feet of fitness space, including an indoor lap pool and whirlpool, group exercise studios, an extensive fitness floor, racquetball courts, and our new Xpress Training line, offering free trainer assisted 20-minute workouts. Family friendly services include family locker rooms and a Youth Activity Center.
Healthtrax has partnered with Mercy Medical Center to create the Mercy Wellness Center. Located in the same building as Healthtrax, the hospital has dedicated space for Mercy Physical Therapy, community health education and Staffier Mental Health Associates. View pictures.
