Healthtrax offers a variety of paid programs available to members and non-members. Programs vary by Center. Below is a list of programs offered at most Healthtrax locations. Call the Center or click here for more information.

Personal Training

Healthtrax Personal Coaching services combine advanced coaching techniques with traditional fitness training to provide optimal health and wellness for people of all ages and levels of fitness. Whether you are just starting an exercise program or looking for overall conditioning, weight management or sport specific training, our fitness professionals will design an integrated, personalized fitness program especially for you. TRX Suspension Training

Parisi Speed School - Healthtrax in Enfield and Bristol

Parisi Speed School provides cutting-edge speed and strength training for athletes looking to improve their quickness, power and endurance.

The nationally renowned youth training program is available at Healthtrax in Enfield.  From athletes 7 years old all the way to the Pros, Parisi Speed School empowers athletes to improve their athletic performance by focusing on speed, strength, flexibility, endurance, agility and self-confidence.  If you are looking to get faster, get stronger and dominate any sport, Parisi Speed School will get you there.

Programs include: Active Dynamic Warmup, Linear Speed, Change of Direction, Speed Specific Strength, Flexibility and Conditioning.

Pilates

Pilates is taught one-on-one or in small groups so instructors can tailor a program to each person’s fitness level. Your strength, balance, flexibility and concentration are developed through simple exercises built around the core of your body. Reiki

Reiki is a pure energy form that is available to all living things. When the flow of a person’s "Life Force Energy" is disrupted, weakened or blocked, emotional and/or health problems tend to occur.  Imbalances can be caused from many life situations: emotional or physical trauma, negative thoughts and feelings, nutritional depletion, destructive lifestyle and relationships, neglect of self, or emotions that are not expressed in a healthy way.  Reiki healing re-establishes the flow of one’s needed Life Force Energy, eliminating imbalances and creating a positive internal environment which leads to improved physical, emotional and spiritual well being.  Click here for our Reiki schedule.

Online Meal Planning

Healthtrax is happy to announce a new online meal planning program for all members of our Glastonbury location.

This program gives you the tools necessary to design your own weekly meal plans to meet your performance and nutritional needs by telling you the best foods to eat, their nutritional value, and the calories you need to eat to reach your goals.

Here's how the online nutrition program works:

Just enter the foods that you normally eat into the online system. The software then points out opportunities and problems in your diet, and teaches you how to improve by removing or adding foods. For example, if you're eating too much cholesterol, or saturated fat, the program will show you which foods are causing you problems so that you can remove them from your diet and find healthier substitutes.  If you're missing certain vitamins or minerals, the software will help you balance your meal plans by suggesting foods to add or replace.

This online software works like your own private nutritionist, helping you build balanced meal plans using foods that you normally like to eat.  It doesn't force you to radically change your eating habits, but rather points out ways to make your meals better for you.

Massage

Massage can relieve stress, improve circulation, reduce tension and alleviate muscle soreness. Non-members welcome.

Facility Rentals

Members and organizations can rent the entire fitness center during off-hours for a post-prom, safe graduation party, family reunion or company outing.

Other Programs

Ask about other special youth activity programs offered such as scouting badge fulfillment events, theme and birthday parties, story hour, sports camps and leagues, after school programs, etc.
