About Us
Opened in 2006, Healthtrax has partnered with Gaylord Hospital to bring a state-of-the-art facility blending fitness, wellness, physical therapy and medical services to residents of the North Haven area. Healthtrax will serve as the area’s premier fitness center, offering:
- Over 150 pieces of new cardio & strength machines
- Personal training
- Free fitness consult & assessment
- Free weight area
- Stretching area
- Sports training
- Injury prevention
- Women-only private fitness area
- FREE trainer assisted 20-minute total-body strength training program
- Variety of group exercise classes & 2 studios

- Aquatics Center - lap pool, sauna, steam, whirlpool & therapy pool
Located in the Gaylord Wellness Center, Healthtrax is joined by Gaylord Hospital and its distinct programs in physical therapy, sports medicine and aquatic therapy. The Center will also feature Gaylord's new 12-bed Sleep Medicine Program, dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of people with sleep disorders.
