Opened in 2006, Healthtrax has partnered with Gaylord Hospital to bring a state-of-the-art facility blending fitness, wellness, physical therapy and medical services to residents of the North Haven area. Healthtrax serves asthe area’s premier fitness center, offering:

Located in the Gaylord Wellness Center, Healthtrax is joined by Gaylord Hospital and its distinct programs in physical therapy, sports medicine and aquatic therapy. The Center will also feature Gaylord's new 12-bed Sleep Medicine Program, dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of people with sleep disorders.
