About Us
Recently renovated, the Healthtrax in West Springfield has an expanded fitness floor; an indoor lap pool; group exercise studios for classes including group cycling, yoga, Pilates, and Group Power; Xpress Training, our trainer-assisted 20-minute workouts; a Youth Activity Center and family change area; and personal training and sport specific conditioning.
Healthtrax has partnered with Mercy Medical Center to create the Mercy Wellness Center. Located in the same building as Healthtrax, the hospital has dedicated space for physical therapy and community health education. View pictures.
