I love milon - it’s fast and effective.  The weight is already set by the smart card so I do not need to think about the workout.  Don’t be fooled by how many pieces of equipment there are - it’s anything but easy.

The negative weight training is unlike any other workout I’ve tried.  I feel better and have more energy since using the milon circuit.

I’ve been using the milon circuit for four weeks.  I work out during lunch hour, so an efficient, effective workout is important to me.

One of the greatest assets of the circuit is timing.  Not only does it move you through in a set amount of time, but it demands a high level of intensity because you are moving through the stations so quickly.  Even when I am not motivated for a workout, the circuit forces me to work hard.  I was originally drawn to the eccentric strength training aspect of the equipment.  I’ve read about the benefits of it and I look forward to seeing progress.

I’m also impressed with the cardio machines.  Four minutes does not seem like a long time on a cardio machine, but with the heart rate monitor the intensity is ramped up so quickly I feel like I am working hard.

So far I feel like milon has been a great addition to my routine.  I look forward to tracking my progress over the next few months.  I would recommend anyone try the equipment.  It’s different, effective, and not a lot of money if you consider the benefits.
