Trax Transformations

Angelika and Rui can be seen at Healthtrax every morning around 5am with a HUGE smile on their faces and working hard!  Rui, after coming back from a ruptured achilles tendon, has lost over 35lbs and Angelika has lost over 25lbs since joining Healthtrax!  They are not only an inspiration to the other members as we have watched them literally reshape their bodies, they have been motivating others both inside Healthtrax and on their social media with motivating workout posts!

Angelica claimed, “Rui and I love going to Healthtrax because it’s the first gym we’ve gone to that feels like family.

“Healthtrax is home.  I cry there, laugh, dance, sing, play around, I mess up and I build myself.  I have bad days, good days and let’s get it days!  It’s a process.  It’s not easy but if I don’t do it, no one will do it for me.  It can be fun, it can be boring, but when you push through you get to see, feel and live the greatest things in life.” Angelika

“We’ve tried other gyms and noticed Healthtrax trainers were always cleaning, there are multiple sanitizing and wipe stations throughout the center and it’s very clean. The people are very friendly here.” Rui
