Our new state-of-the art Center has 33,000 square feet of fitness space, including three new studios; mind/body, cycle, and group exercise, an extensive functional fitness floor, two racquetball courts, basketball, HydroMassage, and more.

Healthtrax Tai Chi Classes
  • Fridays @ 4-5:00pm

    8-week Sessions

    $80 - Members/ $100 - Non-members

    Promote health & spiritual well-being. Tai Chi reduces stress, tension and can lower blood pressure.

    This is all done with stretching, flexibility and meditation in a calm quite environment.

    Michelle Belcher has been a massage therapist for over 20yrs! She is also a Lymphedema Therapist and Personal Trainer.

    Full range of massage types available. Other specialty massages include therapeutic, bamboo and aromatherapy massage.

  • American Heart Association CPR & AED Training taught by Rick Rezendes, Retired Police Captain.

    Trainings are offered monthly.

    $79 for Members / $99 for Non-Members

    What does this course teach?

    • High-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants

    • The AHA Chain of Survival, specifically the BLS components

    • Important early use of an AED

    • Effective ventilations using a barrier device.

    • Importance of teams in multi-rescuer resuscitation and performance as an effective team member during multi-rescuer CPR

    • Relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (choking) for adults and infants

    • 2-year certification for those who successfully complete the course.
