No worries! You can still sign up for personal training sessions as well.

Looking to get an understanding of your overall health? Our InBody 570 body composition analyzer will give you a full picture of your health and uncover areas that need improvement. Body composition is a method that describes what the body is made up of including water, protein, minerals and fat which helps you get an accurate picture of your health – more accurate than BMI. Body composition gives you a measurement of your muscle mass, fat, and body water levels.

Small Group Training

Small Group Training is perfect for budget friendly exercise and building relationships. Some perks of working out in a group include personal attention, workout variety, motivation, and support. It is harder to miss a workout when you know someone is waiting for you, cheering you on!

Small Group Training at our North Haven Trax Training & Fitness Center consists of 4 to 8 people and meets twice a week for 6 to 8 weeks. You can choose from a variety of programs that meet your fitness needs. These programs can be customized to your physical abilities.
