Daily Structure (Estimate 1600 calories/day)  

  • Breakfast: High-protein meal with fruits/vegetables.  

  • Lunch: Balanced meal with lean protein, vegetables, and whole grains. 

  • Dinner: Lean protein, non-starchy vegetables, and a small serving of carbs.  

  • Snacks: Easy, travel-friendly protein or low calorie snacks.
