What were your workouts & nutrition like before joining Healthtrax?

I worked out 5 days a week, but my routine was always the same (run, bike, lift the same weights). I’ve always been a super healthy eater, but I didn’t focus on protein intake like I do now. 

What are your workouts like since joining Healthtrax and what specific results have you seen?

I developed diastasis recti (abdominal separation) after having my kids 18 months apart. I’ve nearly closed the separation. My upper body strength has improved significantly as well. 

What surprised you about working with Mike?

My workouts with Mike are never the same and always challenging. He really pushes me to do things I don’t think I can do! Mike’s method helps build mental toughness, confidence and lean muscle mass.

Would you recommend a friend?

Mike sings to distract me when an exercise is particularly challenging. It helps! of course I’d recommend him - he’s the best - and his singing isn’t too shabby either.
