Trax Transformations

My story during COVID:

Dear Linda,

I would be remiss if I didn’t send on this very special Thank You to you and the staff for a wonderful reopening of our Healthtrax facility.  The protocols that you have all put in place are outstanding. I feel totally safe as a 66 year old returning to classes because of the efforts made to insure our health and well being.  Everyone has been on top of their game keeping us aware of the protocols, even when someone like me walks in the studio totally forgetting I need to wait outside LOL!!  The attention to detail is fabulous and I am thrilled to be back because of all that’s been done!

Several times last week, your staff went above and beyond to assist me beyond the call of duty and as a person who gives credit where credit is due, I had to write this letter to recognize their efforts.  Wednesday, June 24, 2020, I walked in and approached the desk to check in and my plastic water bottle slipped out of my hands, cracked and fell on the floor spilling the water and the cucumbers inside, right at the entry, all over the floor.  John came to my rescue immediately, grabbing towels, and moving a lounge chair to allow me access to the sink nearby to empty out the remaining water.  He saw immediately that I was stressed to the max, being I was heading into class. He was so positive and kind, went the extra mile assuring me to not worry about it, enjoy my workout, and really helped me feel better when seeing I was having “one of those mornings”.  Now that’s always a PLUS!! Positive compassion is a
quality I admire most. He felt my air hug and when saying so, that totally warmed my heart. A little kindness goes a long way with me!

In addition, Nancy Olson wanted me to be hydrated and saw that I didn’t have a water.  She allowed me to step out and get one from the machine.  I had no cash on me, and Fern and Aimee gave me a $1.00 from the drawer to purchase a water when my debit card didn’t work.  “We got you” was not only said, but shown in the way they
stepped up without hesitation. Nancy never misses a beat!  She has welcomed us back, rocking her classes, and leaves us feeling totally uplifted even though we’re at half capacity.   Her positive and professional manner and instruction never waivers.  In addition, Aimee gave me a great tip regarding my routine to insure my workouts were effective.  Now these things might be seen as part of “their job”, but to me, these are the very things that count from any organization or company. It speaks volumes to have staff show compassion and courtesy beyond their given position and extend themselves in these ways.  I love the way equipment is set up and broken down to insure proper cleaning and our safety, which is a treat to just go in and workout and alleviate those routines before and after class. The sign up and distancing is most effective and protective for us all, and I’m loving the whole experience!!

Please share my gratitude and appreciation with these folks, including the other folks at the front desk and
the gentleman that’s cleaning our equipment, as I didn’t catch their names.  One young lady at the front desk this past Monday, June 29, assured me that she would let Aimee and Fern know that I returned the $1.00 that they lent me the week before, and had the brightest smile and welcoming demeanor that lifts up anyone’s day. Again, it’s those little things that count!!

That all being said, many many thanks for a fantastic return!! It makes my day to start this way in these
crazy times and you all deserve the recognition and credit. Please share and know that this member is extremely grateful and appreciates all these folks and what you’re doing!!  In a word BRAVO!!!!

With Appreciation,
