That’s why we offer our exclusive KidZONE—a welcoming, secure environment where your children, aged 1 to 10 years old, can play, learn, and socialize while you focus on your workout.

kidZONE Policies

  • KidZONE services are available for children aged 1 to 10 years old.

    • Children may stay in KidZONE for a maximum of two hours per day.

    • Please be prompt in picking up your child at the end of your workout session.

    • For the safety of all children, please do not bring your child to KidZONE if they are sick or showing symptoms of illness (e.g., fever, cough, runny nose, rash).

    • Children must be free of symptoms for at least 24 hours before attending.

    • Parents or guardians must sign their child in and out of KidZONE. Only the parent/guardian who checked the child in is authorized to check them out unless otherwise specified at drop-off.

    • Please provide your contact information and remain on the Healthtrax premises while your child is in KidZONE.

    • Please label all personal items such as bags, bottles, and clothing.

    • Healthtrax is not responsible for lost or damaged items. We recommend leaving valuable or irreplaceable items at home.

    • For the safety of all children, no outside food or drinks are allowed in KidZONE, except for labeled water bottles.

    • Please notify staff of any allergies your child has upon check-in.

    • KidZONE is a safe and fun environment for all children. We encourage positive behavior and respect for others.

    • Physical aggression, bullying, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Parents will be notified immediately if their child’s behavior is not conducive to a safe environment.

    • Parents are responsible for diaper changes. If your child needs a diaper change, you will be contacted to attend to this.

    • Children in the process of potty training should wear pull-ups to prevent accidents.

    • In the event of an emergency, Healthtrax staff will follow established safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all children.

    • Parents will be contacted immediately if any emergency arises.
