TAP: TRAX ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE PROGRAM FOR ATHLETES AGES 11-19

Trax Athletic Performance (TAP) is a High Energy / High Intensity Interval-based training program for Athletes looking to improve their strength, endurance and overall performance.

PROGRAM INCLUDES:

  • Specialized training to improve – Speed, Agility, Quickness, Balance, Strength and Power

  • Led by Professional, Certified Fitness Coaches

  • Regular Assessment and Testing to measure progress

  • Warm-up + 45 minute workout – unlimited sessions per month

  • Convenient for busy family schedules – start whenever you arrive

    Available Mondays-Fridays 3pm – 5pm and Saturdays 9am – 12pm

Use it to enhance their skills when they are not able to work out with their team. We have trainers with sport–specific expertise, great for pre-season training and off-season conditioning.
