To Whom It May Concern,

I’ve been a member of Healthtrax in Hanover, MA for a few years and I signed up to train with Nikki Ferreira back in October of 2017. The experience has been life changing and I felt compelled to provide this feedback.

I have always been somewhat active but I had no idea what to expect as I’ve never had private sessions. I didn’t even know where to start but in our first meeting/interview Nikki made me extremely comfortable and took the time to understand what I was looking to accomplish. She walked me through my options and a few minutes later I was signed up for 2 x 1hr sessions per week. I was so comfortable in this meeting that I was not concerned at all with what I committed to and was excited to get started.

A little less than a week later was our first meeting. We started with the InBody to get my initial measurements and then discussed diet. This was another area where I was extremely impressed with how involved Nikki was. We discussed what I should eat, when I should eat it, and even why. I’ve never enjoyed cooking so she helped to identify easy recipes that I could make once and be prepared for the week. She told me some helpful apps to download and showed me how to tailor them to my liking. Talk about customer service!

Fast forward 30 days. Friends, family, and coworkers have noticed I’m down a little weight but more importantly they commented about how I had more energy. To be completely honest, I initially signed up to lose some weight and simply look better. However, it didn’t take long for me to realize all the other benefits. I had more energy, was sleeping better, and was generally in a better mood. I was addicted and at the 60 day mark I was down almost 20 pounds already!

When I initially signed up I was simply paying attention to the fact I would have a trainer for 2 hours each week. Someone to hold me accountable and make sure I’m working out hard. It’s so much more than that. It gave me the desire to work out on my own all the days in between. It made me rethink what I was ordering when out to dinner. Nikki would even ask where I was going to dinner, look at the menu on line, and suggest a couple meal options. I log my meals on line and she reviews them weekly and we discuss any adjustments that need to be made. This is all on top of the intense workouts twice a week. All added value and it doesn’t go unnoticed. It seems to just come natural to her and that personal touch is what makes her stand out.

I have a very demanding job consisting of lots of travel, customer dinners, and long days. Yet here I am, 90 days later, down 23 lbs, 4” on my waist, went from over 17% body fat to 9% and excited to continue down this path. It took some getting used to but I can’t see myself breaking this rhythm. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nikki to anyone that asks. I initially signed up for a one time, 90 day jump start to working out again. However, due to her work ethic, confidence, knowledge, and engaging attitude I look forward to continuing down this path indefinitely.
