  • As part of our commitment to supporting our members family wellness journeys, we’re thrilled to launch Kid-Fit classes!

    These classes are designed to keep little ones active and engaged through fun games, obstacle courses, and playful movement.

    Each Kid-Fit class helps children build coordination, balance, and motor skills while developing healthy habits and a love for staying active, all in a supportive, high-energy environment.

    No parent attendance required — simply drop your little ones off in the kidZONE, and our friendly instructors will escort them to and from class while you enjoy your own workout.
