Healthtrax is a different kind of fitness center—one that offers something for everybody. Everyone on our team is dedicated to working with you toward one goal: your improved health, for life.

When you enter Healthtrax, you’ll see the difference immediately. You’ll walk into an open, bright lobby and be greeted by our friendly front desk staff. After changing in our spacious and clean locker room, you may try a Group Power class, do some group cycling, relax during a yoga class, work out on our free trainer-assisted circuit, or swim laps. You can choose from dozens of classes and group programs offered each week.

Our friendly trainers will give you the support to achieve your goals and see real results in a comfortable, modern, spa-like environment.

As part of a Healthtrax membership, all new members receive the Healthy Start program. This program includes fitness assessments, trainer assisted workouts and instruction, personal evaluations, goal setting, and much more.

At Healthtrax, you’ll find programs for everyone in your family, including your kids of al ages. We’ve got all kinds of activities from swim lessons to babysitting, birthday parties and the Healthy Start program-for kids ages 14 and up. Plus, some of our locations offer KidZONE, which encourages kids to be healthier from ages 8 weeks to 16 years old. In short, you’ll know that Healthtrax is a unique place where the emphasis is on getting and staying healthy.

While our roots for more than 30 years lie in traditional fitness, Healthtrax has evolved to become a national leader in the preventive health care field.
