Membership Types

Healthtrax offers membership options to fit the needs of families, individuals, companies and groups:

Individual Memberships – For individuals ages 16 and older.  Membership options include annual and month-to-month plans.

Couple Memberships – Consists of spouses living in the same household.  Membership options include annual and month-to-month plans.

Family Memberships – Consists of two or more family members, including children under 21.  Family memberships may feature KidZone: age appropriate kid zones and programs for ages 8 weeks – 16 years.  Membership options include annual and month-to-month plans.

Young Adult Memberships – Special membership options and discounts are available for individuals ages 18-25. Young Adult memberships may not be available at all Healthtrax locations and restrictions may apply.

SilverSneakers  – Members of participating Medicare health plans may qualify for a free membership through the SilverSneakers Fitness Program, the nations leading exercise program designed exclusively for older adults. Your Insurance Provider – Your insurance provider may offer fitness center membership discounts.  Call your insurance provider for more information.

Physician-Referred Exercise Program  - P.R.E.P. is a supervised exercise program designed to help you achieve better health. Participants follow an eight-week curriculum of exercise instruction customized to their specific needs.  P.R.E.P. participants are referred by their physicians.

Corporate Memberships – Special membership options are available for organizations with 25 or more employees.  Benefits include special discounted pricing for employees, health fairs, onsite wellness information materials, preferred rates on programs and services, and more.  Click here for more information on Corporate Memberships.
