We’re offering month-to-month contracts to new members. No commitments. Whether you're an experienced exerciser or a beginner, our goal is to optimize your well-being no matter what state you might be in. The best way to stay healthy and build a stronger immune system is to stay active and fit.

We remain vigilant to protect the health and well-being of our staff and members, with enhanced cleanliness and sanitation policies and procedures, physical distancing measures in our spacious and well-ventilated clubs, touch-less check-in and more. We invite you into the club for a complimentary Safe Start appointment so that you can see all of the cleaning and safety protocols first-hand.

+ Facial Covering

Center for Disease Control and governmental guidelines are easing; reading that fully vaccinated individuals are no longer required to wear masks.(State & Local mandates vary so please adhere to those policies as they change from Center to Center)

For the ongoing safety of others in keeping with regulations we ask that non vaccinated individuals continue to wear their mask.

  • The mask/face covering should fit snug fit around nose and cheeks and avoid gaps
  • The fabric should be thick enough not to see the sun/light through
  • No neck gaiters, No bandanas, No exhalation valves or vents

We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our Healthtrax community as healthy as possible and adhering to the Member Code of Conduct when you visit the club.

+ CLEANING & DISINFECTING

We continue to follow stringent sanitation protocols for proper disinfection, operation and maintenance, as well as adding additional procedures to achieve optimal levels of cleanliness. Deep Cleaning occurs when club is closed.

  • Continuous scheduled disinfection of high-touch surfaces throughout the Center—including weights; equipment handles and buttons; railings; counters; and handles and buttons throughout the building. (Additionally, members are required to wipe equipment with disinfectant wipes before and after use.)
  • Enhanced Procedures
  • Utilizing EPA-registered disinfectants that are proven effective against coronavirus in all our continuous and deep cleaning processes
  • Staff training on cleaning protocols. As part of the coronavirus measures, they pay extra attention to all contact surfaces in the Center
  • Protexus Electrostatic Sprayers & Backpacks are used at each location to thoroughly and efficiently disinfect surfaces throughout our clubs
  • Self-Cleaning Stations
  • Hand sanitization stations conveniently located throughout the club
  • Easy, readily available disinfectant spray or wipes for equipment, showers and lockers. Pro tip: Wait a few minutes after wiping down your equipment. All disinfectant wipes take time to kill germs—usually 4 to 10 minutes. The wipes we use have a best-in-class kill time of 4 minutes.

+ HVAC SYSTEMS/VENTILATION

  • All HVAC systems have been thoroughly tested and cleaned, and we’ve purchased and installed higher grade air filters. To increase the air flow and turnover, fans will run 24 hours a day.

+ AQUATICS CENTER

Pool occupancy levels are mandated by the state and may change or vary by location:

  • Pool capacity varies by location
  • Pool lane reservations for lap swimmers, and other aqua activities may be required. Members are allowed up to 2 pool reservations per day. Find out more on reservations here.
  • Family swim based on availability
  • Swim Lessons vary by location
  • Patrons should bring their own towels

+ COURT SPORTS

Racquetball Courts

When the courts are not being used for other programming, use of the racquetball is allowed.

  • Court occupancy varies by location
  • Reservations are recommended

Basketball Courts

When court is not in use for other Center programming it will be open for free court or game play. Capacity limits vary by location.

+ GROUP FITNESS

  • Classes will be offered and class capacity will be consistent with governmental orders and guidelines. Active members have access to Live Streaming and On Demand Library of Classes for continuity.
  • Reservations may be required for ALL in person classes. More information on how to make class reservations can be found here
  • Look for reservation floor indicators in your class to help practice social distancing
  • Equipment must be wiped off with Center-provided sanitizing wipes after use, when applicable
  • Members must bring their own water bottles, mats and towels
  • We’re continuing to offer live-streamed classes and on demand video library through Healthrax MotionVibe, our streaming platform, for any members who want to participate in group fitness from home. Find our more here.

+ TRAX TRAINING

We will work to provide our members and staff the best experience possible. This includes:

  • Sanitizing and disinfecting all touchpoints throughout training areas
  • Trax Trainers will use EPA-registered, virus-killing disinfectants to clean and wipe down each piece of equipment before and after each use

VIRTUAL TRAINING Certified Trax Trainers also offer virtual training sessions, for anyone who wants to train with us from home or when traveling for vacation or work and not skip a beat.

+ VIRTUAL FITNESS

• Virtual Group Fitness - We’re continuing to offer live-streamed classes and an on-demand video library through Healthrax MotionVibe, our streaming platform, for any members who want to participate in group fitness from home. Find out more here.

• Virtual Training - Certified Trax Trainers offer virtual training sessions, for anyone who wants to train remotely from home or when traveling or away on vacation. Contact us here for more info.

+ LOCKER ROOMS | SHOWERS |SAUNAS | STEAM ROOMS

  • Toilets, sinks and urinals are fully accessible
  • Saunas, steam rooms and spas are open
  • Locker rooms and bathrooms are cleaned several times per day. We use medical-grade disinfectant that is proven effective in killing coronavirus for all surfaces members touch
  • Showers are available for use and we ask that you bring towels from home
  • Hair Dryers are available

Member Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing our teams and members with a clean and safe environment. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our Healthtrax community as healthy as possible and adhering to the Member Code of Conduct when you visit the club.

Congratulations! You have been fully vaccinated. The CDC writes: You can resume activities without wearing a mask except where required by federal, state, local, regulations and business guidance.

  • Health & Safety - I will not visit the club should I become symptomatic of COVID-19. According to the CDC, I should get tested and stay home and away from others.

  • Face Covering - I understand that masks are optional for fully vaccinated individuals, unless CDC, State or Local governments mandate otherwise and our business enforces masks again, I too will comply. Healthcare settings may also require wearing of masks.

  • Physical Distancing - I agree to follow posted requirements regarding club member traffic flow, restricted areas, and related occupancy capacities.

  • Cleanliness - I agree to disinfect all equipment before and after use. I agree to sanitize my hands upon entering the club and keep my hands washed/sanitized while at the club.
