This means we combine the best evidence-based treatment approach, hands-on manual physical therapy techniques and tissue-specific exercise prescription. Every treatment plan is based on patient input. Physical therapy treatments are all one-on-one and individualized to each patient based on presentation, medical history, and goals of therapy.

Our advance physical therapy services not only target the current issue (pain, weakness, etc.), but address the underlying movement impairment that caused the symptoms. We offer physical therapy services specializing in sports, aquatic, vestibular, pediatric, manual, orthopedic and much more!

Rates and Fees

We accept most insurance plans. Before therapy begins, we verify insurance coverage and provide an estimate of the amount each patient will be responsible for per visit. For those patients with high deductibles, we offer payment plans that are flexible and fair.

Direct Access Care

We offer direct access care, meaning a patient does not need to see a physician for a referral before starting physical therapy—we do not need a prescription to begin care.

(Some exceptions do exist, such as workers compensation patients, Tricare patients (veterans) and a few smaller insurance plans.)

Non-members are welcome! You don’t have to be a Healthtrax member to be treated at Healthtrax Physical Therapy.
